A. Definition of time


Noun : the indefinite continued progress of existence and events in the past, present, and future regarded as a whole

Verb : plan, schedule, or arrange when should happen or be done.

B. Definition of time management


Noun : the ability to use one's time effectively or productively, especially at work.

C. Strategies study systems


There are five strategies study systems which is :

5. Avoid procrastination

D. Procrastination


What is procrastination?
In simple words, procrastination is the act of putting off or delaying a work or task that need immediate attention other than other works.

Reason why people procrastinate.


1. Being a perfectionist.
Perfectionist always wants their work or task to be perfect, so they sometimes delay their work. They want to avoid failure, therefore, they tend to make sure everything is perfect before doing a task.

2. Feeling overwhelmed.
Feeling overwhelmed is related to anxiety. At one moment, a person who gets multiple assignments at one time can be overwhelmed if there is too much assignments need to be completed or the due dates given is just a week after the assignments is given.

A person who feels overwhelmed sometime become stressed until at last, they did not even start to do their assignments because they keep thinking of how they will manage to complete all the assignments.

3. Lazy
Some people nowadays are simply lazy. They did not want to do any work or they tend to do minimal task with minimum effort. At last, they did not complete their assignments.

Ways to avoid procrastination


1. Go back to your goal.
This is why the goal is important to you. As long as you keep wanting to achieve your goal, you would do anything for it.

2. Self rewards.
Give a reward to yourself after completing an assignment to keep you motivated. For example, buy yourself a new dress or shoe after you succeed in completing pile of assignments.

3. Prioritized.
Prioritize your assignments is important. You should identify which assignments need to be completed first by their due dates.

Advantage of being organized


1. Reduce stress level of an individual.
2. Get to complete assignment on time and schedule.
3. Complete assignment without pressure and give the best on it.
4. Build your confidence.
