A. Resources in UiTM Kampus Jengka



     In UiTM Kampus Jengka there are 7 main department for students :





     1.  Administration office

     There is only one unit that is specialized for students which is transportation unit. In transportation unit, students who need car or any type of transportation for any event regarding UiTM can apply to them.


    2.   Academic affairs office (HEA)
    Basically everything about this office is related to academic. This department is used by students to register their courses, make appeal to re-check the test papers and students can also make complaints about lecturers to them.


    3.  Student welfare office (HEP)
    This office helps students with their residential college, curriculum activities, counselling session, ICT and technical facilities and the most important thing is medical check up or supplies.
    If students feeling unwell, they can go straight to MEDEC and get medications without paying anything.


             List of residential college in UiTM Kampus Jengka :
             1.  Kolej Tok Gajah
             2.  Kolej Mat Kilau 1 & 2
             3.  Kolej Tun Fatimah

              Curiculum activities :
              1.  Badan Pertolongan Cemas
              2.   Kesatria Negara
              3.   Kesatria Kembara
              4.   Pertahanan Awam
              5.   Kor Kesukarelawan Polis Siswa Siswi (SUKSIS)


     4.     Library

     There are two libraries in UiTM Kampus Jengka which is Perpustakaan Al Bukhari (PAB) 1  and 2.

    PAB 1 is a new and bigger library than PAB 2.
    PAB 1 contains reference books while PAB 2 contains collection of thesis, magazines and journals. There is about 100, 000 books in the libraries.

    PAB is a place to find the information in order to complete any assignments, to study in a more peaceful way and to borrow books.

    PAB offers few services such as Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) where you can use to find books, Self-Check Machine to borrow books and IT lab where students can use computer to complete the assignment.


    5.    Bursary


     Bursary office is located on the second floor of administration building. It is used for students to pay fees and fine if they did something wrong such as they did not have sticker for their car or motorcycle.
    Students who have parents with low salary could also apply for zakat.


    6.    Laboratory & Information Technology

    Laboratory & Information Technology is a specialised office. Student can use this department to book lab, lecture hall and auditorium for studies and class.

    7.   Auxiliary police office

     Auxiliary police UiTM generally serve to create and maintain an atmosphere and an ideal climate, peaceful and safe in the campus. This department helps in security service, enforcement of traffic regulations, crime scene investigation and prevention of fire.

     B .     Financial Accounting



      Definition of accounting : Accounting is the process of identifying, measuring and communicating economic information to permit informed judgements and decisions by users of the information


      Definition of financial accounting : By business dictionary, financial accounting means a field of accounting that treats money as a means of measuring economic performance instead of as a factor of production. Financial accounting gathers and summarizes financial data to prepare financial reports such as balance sheet and income statement for the organization's management, investors, lenders, suppliers. tax authorities and other stakeholders.

C.      Memory


     Definition of memory : Memory is our ability to encode, store, retain and subsequently recall information and past experiences in the human brain.

     Other than exercising and taking healthy diet to retain memory, there is other ways to retain information which is :

     1. Do mind map for every chapters and for each subject.

     2. Buy files and use it to keep the mind map for each subject.

     3. Find past year questions and answer it.

     4. Do Questions and Answer (Q&A) session with friends to make you understand more about the subject.

     5. Share and teach. Once you understand certain topic, make sure to help your friends who have problem with it.
